Five years ago Mytelco installed a state of the art VOIP phone system to run on the SA Heart radio network which covers metropolitan Adelaide and since that time they have been maintaining the phone system. Mytelco have consistently provided timely and professional service and repair work by friendly and courteous staff. We have always found their support staff easy to contact and work with to solve any problems that have arisen.
When I started at Wirra Wirra, Mytelco was managing the NEC phone system which had been recently upgraded across the company. And after 18+ months with the company, I can confidently say, Mytelco is still our technicians and programming support! We have been lucky enough to have minimal phone issues in this time.
